I am thinking I may get fired from my job and was thinking about quitting so it wouldn't look bad to future employers. But a friend told me they are not allowed to say that they let you go or fired you since it's negitive, but just confirm that you worked there. Is this true? Does a future employer ever have to know I was fired?

It seems logical to just quit but my best friend wen't out of her way to get me this job & i told her I would'nt make her look bad. I have no time for homework or my daughter. What should I do and How do I do it.

I am an automotive service consultant & one hell of a salesperson. I am very aggresive & love to "work the deal", real estate has always interested me for several reasons. One of course is the "potential" income, and another is not being stuck in an office all day. I am under the impression you kinda get to make your own schedule and do you own thing in Real Estate. I am well aware, being a commisioned employee now that ups & downs suck, but at least you are able to control your income to a point, I would like to hear from seasoned real estate profesionals that can give me an honest opinion of this career and the success & failures that are involved. I work hard and hussle to get work, I think I may be a good fit.... what do the experts say???

I recently completed an application and an interview with my local Chick-Fil-A. He called and hired me and we are in the process of scheduling orientation. I'll probably work up front. Tell me... has anyone here worked at Chick-Fil-A? What it's like? How does it compare to other jobs? Is Sunday off a blessing or a conflict? Any info available would be helpful.

Just for reference: will be my first formal job, male age 16

What do you believe is the most effective way to be hired to create Macromedia Flash animations for websites or advertising firms/companies. I ask because most resume places do not have any type of abstract resume options, such as uploading photos or .SWF's, etc.

Any ideas? My latest Idea was to create a timeline of Flash creations in order and have them "Press & Play" for Employee Seekers from websites.

So how do I go about doing that? Any of this for example? Are there any Career websites that offer this sort of "outside of the box" resume?
