I am a 24 year old male. My boss who is a 28 female who is pretty good looking grabbed my butt, then showed me her breasts. I found it offensive. I am going to her supervisor. What can I do in this situation?

The stock answer is that the law in this matter should cut both ways. Rea;ity is that this is not always the case. Some will find it hard to believe that any man can be offended by the actions you describe, so be ready for some flack if you go through with filing a complaint. Realize that to make your position unassailable that you should first let your boss know that you find her actions totally inappropriate. If she persists drive on and do what you have to do.

If you had given no sign of encouragement, this is a very serious violation. (1) Go to the HR and report the situation.
(2) Talk to the manager first and let her know that you do not condone such behavior. If she gives you hard time about it, then go to HR. (3) See HR with the manager at the same time.
There's certain politics involved with these things. So, do circumspect. Mainly, report the facts first, then how you were affected by it.

Go to her supervisor, and file a claim. women generally go all sarcastic and think "you poor dears, not" when they here about men being harrassed by women, but some of us know how disconcerting it is, no matter what your gender. Don't be afraid of retribution from boss, just go to her super and file a harrassment claim.

If you have a Human Resources Dept. I would go to them directly. Usually Human Resources would handle issues like this. If you don't have an HR dept. then talking to her boss would be the answer.
