Danica,

You sound discouraged. I can only guess that it's been difficult, whatever it is. You know, if there were only fair shots in life...

But hey, what fun is that?

Look, I'm going to unfold a secret to the universe. Don't tell anybody, OK?

You're having the perfect life. Your life's purpose is to learn. Sometimes you're learning something other than what you think you want to learn. Whatever it is, you're learning.

Maybe there's a lot there that you can say about what it's like out there: discrimination, one more disappointment, hard work unmet with reward. That's often what goes on. But that's not the point.

The point is that you've got a passion deep inside of you that is screaming to get out. There is joy in you that's looking for a voice. Maybe it's in your current line of work, maybe somewhere else. You've got inborn talents and insights, things you could do all day and night that haven't come out yet. It can't come out when you're feeling jilted and beat up. It can't come out if you wait for someone else's permission. It can't come out if you're afraid.

But in that beautiful day when you smile and know that you're OK. That's the day you'll see it. That's when life starts getting more than fair. You'll find that you've got this thing to do, and you'll be well rewarded for it. Maybe it'll be money, maybe other ways for you to feel rewarded. But this will be the beginning of your contentment. This is the thing your grandkids will say about you, and they'll smile when they say it.

I don't know you, but I know who you are. I don't know you, but I want to see you succeed. I don't know you, but that's up to you to share what's in your heart. Take it to the next level.

You and me, both, we've been beaten down right now. But we're not staying here. We're doing great.

Take it on. Let me know if I can assist you.

Cheers!

your cynicism and negatvity would put people off employing you. Try getting a copy of the tv series 'The Apprentice' where businessman Alan Sugar puts teams together to compete to work with him. All jobs are competitive so you use everything you've got to get a job that's legal of course. Many people start there own business to avoid all the hurly burly hustle but it's best to learn as much as you can from others first. No-one gets handed anything truly. How many people work for their family and end up feeling like a slave. They get paid less and given more to do! Don't despair about discrimination. The black opera singer Willard White once told me that life is like a river but when you encounter a big rock you can't keep pushing you have to form a lake for a while and eventually you will flow round it. If he can get to the top in the most prejudiced profession in the world then you can make it too. Not getting bogged down is tough but try reading some Anthony Robbins books (from Amazon online) Get inspired, get motivated, get a mentor.

Why not consult your friends from your own community particularly those who are employed, how they got employment , They may be able to give you some idea better than what we can tell you without knowing the full backgriound.
What all you have said do exist to different degrees every where.
Still you have to try try try and try again. You may click somewhere Then you stick there and dont do any act to spoil your chance or chances of others like you.
In India many from South used to move over to North in Govt jobs on deputation for few years since in South they could not get promotion even after passing the departmental examinations to get promoted whereas in North there were lots vacancies since many did not pass the departmental examination. But in North excepting the Section Heads who were mostly from South etc the rest of the staff used to be locals who seldom worked and would simply come mark attendance and move to canteen to gossip whole day and work used to move in snail speed and the section head used to take over the subordinates work load and complete the job as he was responsible for the end result and completion of job.
So one of the famous leader from South when he came to honour the Association of Southerners in one of the North city advised the South people that you must continue to excell in your work and also really do work at office and not vile away time copying the SONS OF THE SOIL who never bothered to pull their weight. He said you are allowed to come to North and work only because they know you can deliver goods But if you also want to be like the rest and be lazy then that would be the death knell on the coffin and end of movement of people from South to North. They have enough of people who idle their time away and for that they done need to import people from South. It is because of your reputation you have a market here and welcomed with open outstretched arms but the day you stop working you have to pack up your beddings and go back home and not only that once for all you would stop further import of people from South
So if you get a job please do create a name for yourself so that the bias is removed and you set an example for more of people like you to get in.

In an employment sense it is sometimes very difficult to overcome personality clashes which are causing rifts and holding you back.

Really the only way forward is to excel at your work and to add a wow factor, you need to be careful that you do go to far and start fawning or sucking up to people and you do have to remain true to yourself, but if it is that imprtant to you, you have to identify what they would like and be the best at it.

you make no sense...and i don't like your name. it's probably not the fact that they are family...it's you...if you talk like you type...then it's you!
ok, ok, i take it back..i thought you just talked like a jerk 'cause you're lame...i see now that english isn't your first language...i would suggest that you find somewhere else to work...eventually, you'll tire of it to the point of anger....not exhaustion...i did...and my name is brooke...
