I would include it. It might make the difference in getting the interview to begin with. And you should bring one to the interview as well. Even though they have the copy you submitted with that application, it shows organization and a desire to get the position.

Yes, include the resume with the job application. If you don't, there isn't likely to be an interview. At least, thats the way it is where I work. Good luck.

I always include it. There is no way you can put the all info that is in your resume on an apllication.
When I hire, I look at the resume first.

You should include it with your application. It usually presents your information in a more readable format, with more detail about your actual experience. The application doesn't usually provide enough room. You want them to know as much about your experience as possible to secure that interview.

i think it is s.o.p to include your resume and application letter in applying.....most company will based these decision in setting an interview with your resume and not the application letter.....

when you apply for a job, you need to submit your resume as that's the brief detail of yourself and your experiences...the interviewer will not consider you for any interview if they don't have your resume handed in for them to peruse....
