I don't know if it's a phobia or what, i'm not lazy or anything i've been looking for a job, but i just got out of high school and have not worked anywhere except for a weighing station when i had to do comm service. Can anyone tell me why i'm so scared of getting a job??

I want to buy a house and I was told to leave my old collections alone (1 yr or older) and only pay 1 current collections entry. If I am not able to negotiate the removal, but a "paid in full" about how many points would my score go up?

i work for cash and im going to end up in court for child support soon . my ex knows where i work and that i make cash. i have a 1099 from last year but its from 2 different employers. nothing this year so far. all cash. she knows how much i make too! am i screwed? ive put some money on paper through the bank . but just enough to pay some small bills. car ins., utilities, ect.... can i just tax the money that went through the bank ? or will they be able to find out about the cash too? no checks from my boss , other than he payed my car ins. one time. thats it.ive been there since last feb. and made about 450 to 650 a week but there is no proof, right? i dont want to get my boss in trouble either.is she going to get me thrown in jail? what do i do?

A man bought a laptop for 3000%. but he needed the money later and sold it after 2 years. If the deprecation rate is 30% a year and the life of the computer is six years, how much money can he when he sells the laptop?

i tried it with a formula that read: V=3000(1-2/6)^2

didnt work though

I've been wanting to move to S. California to start a business. When I was out there 2 years ago I noticed something missing that has the potential to make Millions. I was just wondering how I might find good investors that would invest in my company (that I'd like to start). I've been looking on the internet and reading up on things. I have not seen anything along these lines. Can I buy them out after if takes off? or will they want to take it from me? How do I secure it? I will tell you that this is in the food industry and something people love. I really do not see how it would not work, well location, location, location. To start out I might have to rent so I need a place with the option to buy. Thus not losing the location. I have put a lot of thought into this. I still have to work on my demographics a bit to narrow it down a little more. I want this to be a chain. With out investors it will never go anywhere. Can someone give me an idea? I thought about bank loan. I need assets

I recieved a settlement through a company for wrongful termination..It was less than 20k. Will the company have to send me a 1099 with my W2 and if they do Not send it....what do I do come tax time when I must file my taxes ? There was no taxes taken out of the settlement !

Ok here is the deal. I was served at a place which I rarely visit. I don’t even live there to tell you the truth it was purchased as an investment property. That’s where supposedly the summons was served. Claims someone accepted it but the person they name (by first name) does not even exist also the description is not anyone I know. So I did not know about the judgment until I recently seen my credit report (wow bad), they have completely ruined my credit. I went to the civil court and viewed the documents they sent, and that summons does not have a hearing date. Just says I am being sued and to hire a lawyer and the plaintiffs name & address with some other stuff. I have a hearing to vacate the default judgment. What do you think are my chances of that happening and putting this case on the calendar considering the reasons I have mentioned. Also is it possible to this alone or should I hire an attorney to handle this for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
