i am entering my credit card information and its said personal account not vaild..what does that mean.?

Without knowing WHERE you entered your information, and possibly the exact error message, we can't be certain. There are at least 3 possible answers.
1. You did not enter the information properly.
2. The merchant could not verify your information with the card issuer.
3. You gave your information to a scam operator.

I have know idea which is most likely and there could be other answers.
