My fiance is a med student. He will be leaving this state in 1 1/2 years to do his residency. He wants me to go with him wherever he goes and I certainly want to go with him as well. I have gone through two job interviews this week w/ flying colors. They asked me if in 2 years I might relocate for them. I said yes--knowing full well that I might not even be here in 2 years. They LOVE me. My last interview with corporate is tomorrow and I'm sure they will love me as well. I'm positive that they will ask me about relocation too. I truly want this job but feel guilty for telling them I will relocate in two years when I have every intention of moving away with my b/f when he goes away. Can I get some advice? Should I feel badly about this?

Does anyone know who I can talk to about getting payday lenders shut down??? I know this sounds crazy, but I am tired of seeing people I know and love in trouble with these things. I personally have gotten into numerous loans and it ruined my life. I have slowly gotten out of that rut but it was very hard a struggle. SHould I talk to a local City Council person or who?? I am at a loss. I just want them to either become better regulated or just out of South Carolina.

1998 Camaro z28 Convert .
I hit a pole in a parking lot at about 10 MPH or so,
Called my insur and they told me to take it to get an Est or to take it to thier reccomended shop.
1st took it to Chev Dealer.
they did a 1/2 A$$ look and wrote me up a 5k Est and told me it would get worse but they need the insur. Adjust there to get in more depth and the frame has some repair needed.
im going to the Ins. Perfered shop today and going to see what they say, My adjuster has not even seen the car and has allready said "its not totalled" ( what ever)...
I asked him if i could take the money (-) my deduct and run?
He told me his Est. would be way lower then the 5k from the dealer due to thier parts and prices and the best bet is to just get it fixed then sell it.
How can i make sure i get the money i deserve.
the Insur Body shop wants to tear Dn the Car and give me a "accurate" Est but if i dont do the work there i have to pay for the tear down. Any Suggestions ?>

In their social studies class, Adolph and Hans are studying the stock market. Yesterday, Adolph and Hans were discussing their imagined profits in the stock they "bought". "One hundred thirty dollars on a six and a half month investment of $1000.00 is great," said Adolph. "I wish I'd come in sooner," said Hans. "Nevertheless, $42.00 on $700.00 isn't bad." How long has Hans held his stock?

My 81 year old mother in South Dakota moved from her farm home into an apartment owned by a man who owed her a large amount of money he was unable to pay to her. This man told her she could live in the apartment rent-free for life. The farm home is no longer liveable. The original apartment owner lost the apartment house due to back taxes and it has now been purchased. The new owner says my mother must start paying $400. a month rent beginning the end of this month. The letter and phone message stating this were around the 20th of the month. What rights does my mother have in this situation?

I am having a bit of an issue, my NY tax preparer has been doing my taxes since 2000, I live in another state as of 4 years ago. What happened was that I got my taxes looked at by a NJ account he came up with a larger number of return than my NY preparer, I feel the NJ IRS laws are so different that a NJ tax preparer would know more and get me a better deduction from NY, now what would you do? and how should I tell him?

Ok, here's the situation. My boyfriend bought a house about 3 years ago with one of his friends. They refinanced back in Nov of 06', since then my bf's roommate/co-owner has moved out and is not wanting the house anymore. However, my bf's roommate is the one that signed the refinance loan (not that my bf wasn't capable, he was the only one on the first loan when they bought the house) I don't know, they just switched for some reason. Anyway, both my bf and his roommate are on the title. Is there anyway that my bf can just go ahead and get a loan instead of having to "sell" the house and "buy" it again even if his name is no the title?

I am moving in the middle of December on the 10th. I Give my landlord legal 30day notice on November 5th stating i am giving 30days notice and will move out before december 30th but not sooner than 30days. At the time i only knew i was moving sometime in december. The landlord says once i say in after december 1st I must pay for the entire month since its a month to month lease and rent moving out cannot be pro-rated. Thing is I pay rent early :o and they already have my check for December and they refuse to prorate it unless i move by Nov 30th...who is legally right on this one??

My fiance and I have decided to get married and I am planning on moving in with him. I have a lease on a shared apartment that has about 5 months left on it. My landlords are very nice and I think they would understand. However, I have a roommate who's guardians are his parents since he has mental health issues.

This roommate has caused me much grief from stealing my food to racking up $700 phone bills to waking me up yelling, screaming and throwing things around the apartment in fits of some weird emotion. Consequently, I have had to call the police on him twice. I have more then enough reason to leave but If I leave before the lease is over what possible penalty can I face? What's the most wise way I should speak to the owners and his parents?

I tried to hang in there with the apartment for financial reasons and I didn't know he was that disturbed but it's time to move on.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The house was purchased in CA in 2003 and houses take about one year to sell even when the asking price is on the low end. Prices continue going down and if I can't get rid of this house soon, I will have more in debt than in assets - essentially being bankrupt. What to do?? Thanks!

My ex boss offered me a job but wanted to pay cash. She completely denied this to unemployment, but I have the job refusal email and it specifically states I cannot accept a cash position from you because it doesn't cover me as a legal employee. Now Unemployment has to go through the proper channels to see if I can still get benefits. They have the emails from me to my boss and then my boss's email back stating she was sorry she had to lay me off in the first place and good luck. She didn't deny the cash offer in the emails. Do you think Unemployment is in my favor? I have been actively seeking a job so I deserve my benefits!

The reason my boss gives is, she dosn't feel my worker is giving the job her best...or, that my worker has the right attitude. I know my boss is wrong on both counts....in fact, I know the top boss is simply lookingfor ways to save money in the company....in my opinion, there are other ways to save ....in my opinion, this move only diminishes everyones desire and drive in the company.

Here are my questions. If you were in the position I describe would you (a) look for a new job immediately (b) contact the boss directly to discuss this issue.
How would this make you feel ? Would you feel that you were not a valued employee ? Would this hurt your self esteem ?
Thanks !
