My combined credit score is 605. It is so low because I have debt that is at least 6 yrs old. I have been on my job for 6 yrs. My debt ratio is next to none. Is this too much or do I need to continue to shop? I don't want to let too many people run my credit because it will only lower the score.

I am interested in a job within the real estate field and was wanting to know if anyone was an appraiser? I was wondering on average how much your salary is, if you dont mind sharing...also if you are an agent, if you want to share your average salary that would be helpful, if not thats fine I was just wondering if it was worth it in the long run, I want a job that I will love but I want to be financialy stable too.

So I am 1 year out of college and my temp job is about to end. I am wondering what fields I should look into. I was a math major and have an extreme love for numbers and analysis. I DO NOT want actuarial science.

Please, any suggestions would be helpful. I also DO NOT want to be a teacher.

I owe from a mistake on a tax return a few years ago and send in monthly payments is there a website where I can view this information? It doesn't list on my statement in the mail and I have had a hard time getting someone on the phone or to respond to email from the IRS website. Thanks

It seems like they should be more stable, since they discount any inflation effects, but it's just the opposite. They were up more than 1% yesterday, and down more than 1% today, way more than short term bond prices.

me and my boyfriend make about 31,000 each. we are considering getting married, but think it will mess up our tax refund, meaning, we would get less.

also, i'm about 7 months pregnant, so from a financial (no moral) perspective, would it be better to get married and file joint or remain single.

also, i make too much money (i know, sad isnt it) for financial assistance, daycare assistance. so that sucks. i'm breast feeding throughout 12 months, so not in need of formula yet, but will be if my son doesnt take to the teet. please help!

This Website promises to give you information that will raise your credit score in a couple of hours or in 1 day. have any of you all used this?

As a Credit Repair Specialist I see many people who don't know they can improve their credit score in 24 hours or less, but they can. Only recently with breakthroughs in modern technology has it become possible to improve your credit score in 24 hours. I've been able to help clients change their credit rating in as little as 24 hours and save thousands...some clients have even raised credit scores in as little as 2 hours. In the middle of one of my own real estate investment deals recently I was able to raise my credit score from 618 points to 650 points in one day! I've found at least 3 techniques that could help you do the same thing!

Look At How Quickly I Raised My Credit Scores:

Equifax

I am sending a collection agency a pay to delete letter and on my check I wrote " Upon cashing as agreed, this account will be deleted from all CRA's" If they cash the check, do you think it will work. The collection is 4 years old.

I bought 215 shares of ANF last week @ 74.80 and sold 2 Dec 75 contracts and netted about $700 (covered call.)

The stock is now at 77.20. Didn't think it would shoot up that high.

Now do I: buy back the calls? Or wait until expiration? Right now the Dec 75's are priced at 4.80 a piece compared to about $3.40 when I sold them. I could buy them back and sell 2 Dec 80's.

What would you do? What would my new profit be?
I'm new at this so I'm eager to learn.

We're out a lot of money if this deal doesn't go through!!! The buyers have asked for an extention, which may or may not go through. I'm just interested in hearing about other people's experiences if they have sued a buyer after the deal falling through.

My previous employer offered a 401k which I took advantage of while I was there. The 401k is worth $3,200 put in to 8 different funds:

24.60% - T. ROWE MEDIA & TELECOMMUNICATIONS
21.07% - T. ROWE PRICE RETIREMENT 2035
13.11% - GOLDMAN SACHS MID CAP VALUE FUND CLASS A
9.31% - T. ROWE PRICE REAL ESTATE
8.73% - T. ROWE PRICE MID-CAP GROWTH
7.89% - T. ROWE PRICE GROWTH STOCK
7.75% - T. ROWE PRICE CAPITAL APPRECIATION
7.54% - AMERICAN CENTURY EQUITY INCOME ADV

$3,200

Would I be better off putting this money into my current employers 401k account, roll this money over to an IRA, or keep the 401k where it is and let it grow on it's own?

I plan on moving to south Jersey very soon, but I'm having trouble searching for a good job. I am 23 years old and I am currently a senior in college. I have worked for my current company for 5 years doing customer service and underwriting for commercial insurance. I also worked for a mortgage company for 8 months as a loan officer. I am very open to nwe things, however. I am looking to move very soon and job searching is frustrating. I have received a couple offers, but the pay was $6 or more less than what I currently make. My currently salary is $38k. I am willing to take a small cut if needed. I have checked monster.com, careerbuilder.com and some other job search engines. I'm getting frustrated b/c all the jobs I find seem sketchy. Where can I look to find a legit job that will pay me well based on my experience? Can I post my resume for employers to contact me specifically? I am even interested in working for the government also. Please help!

Does anyone think if you put your special initials on a dollar at a young age and pay for something ......you may possibly get it back when your 80 years old or older and actually remember......"hey, that was my dollar! " ?
Did this happen to anyone?
