there are none totally free that I have found. Check your local papers it says in there what properties are going to court for foreclosures, check your county assessors page for bank owned properties, watch court dockets in your area and contact the financial institutes to get there list of homes that they have foreclosed on. The info is out there you just have to do some leg work

Why? Maybe if we know why we can better help you accomplish what you are trying to accomplish. See? Are you just looking for inexpensive homes? In your same home area? What is that area and what do you think you will be able to do with this property? The best first place to look is the place that ost people know about but, won't do that's why you should! They county courthouse has what they call lis pens on properties that are late to pay. If they are also behind on taxes you could either talk to them about buying their home or just pay the tax deed and at some point be able to foreclose and get the property. Unless they pay off the tax certificate. How this works varies by state!

You're not going to find such a site. Those who operate foreclosure sites expend considerable monies to gather all that information into one easily accessible portal. They're not going to provide the information free (even if it IS the Christmas Season).
