Most of the time, 18 because you are dealing with personal information. Every call center that I have ever worked at required you to be 18 and have a high school diploma.

Telemarketing is at the bottom of the employment ladder, just above dishwasher. You really should aim higher. Maybe you should try Starbucks, or Hot Dogs on a Stick first...
