Hi Rachelle,

Thank you for taking the time to send a follow-up email, it shows again your level of professionalism.

I am not sure on timeframes for selection, but I need to make a move soon, so you will hopefully not have to wait too long for a response.

Thanks again for your thoughts.

My boyfriend and I are considering buying a home with another couple. They have the money but have very bad credit. We have the credit but don't have the money right now. We figured we could buy a 2 to 3 family home. Is this a good idea? Do you think we could get approved with this arrangement? We haven't really sat down and discussed everything fully yet but I want some people's thoughts on it. Thanks.

I have a business online. I want to avoid taxes living in U.S as much as possible.

I heard states like naveda, wyoming, florida have no income tax under corporation or personal.

must i reside within that specific state to reap it's benefits, or can i just buy a property there for business, register so, and live somewhere else?

thanks.

Signed a purchase agreement on a 4 plex. All the furnaces had cracked heat exchangers. Two got red tagged and had to be replaced immediately does the replacement of these two fall under the category of maintenance of property on the contract. Because these posed a eminent danger. Closing is in three weeks

I have an old company pension and have decided to take a lump sum next year (while I'm still young enough to enjoy it) and was wondering if anyone knows roughly how long the process takes. I am hoping to have the funds by the end of next year.

The house is going to foreclosure within a couple of months. I love where I live; I do not want to move. I understand that in CA the lease will not survive the foreclosure because the lien was recorded before the lease.

Is there anything I can do to protect my interest? And will I have an eviction on my record if I wait till foreclosure to move?

If we don't find some place soon that will help we're going to have to go to a homeless shelter. PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN! I just need to find come kind of organization because Rock County Human Services was no help at all. You either have to have kids or wait for like 36 months to get help. Me and my boyfriend both have our own properties and live apart. We both have mortgages. What would happen to my mortgage if I was to sell my house and move in with him? Do I add my mortgage to his and start paying towards his mortgage? Does my outstanding loan amount get added onto his outstanding mortgage amount and then a new repayment amount is calculated?

Hi all,
I recently became self-employed and registered as such with HMRC. What I would like to know now is if there is a definitive list somehwere that shows me what I am allowed to deduct as expenses etc whilst working in the IT field. I have looked at the HMRC documents but it is not clear. Is there a site that I can visit or would I have to pay an accountant before submitting my tax return?
Thank you.

we've lived in low income housing for most of our lives. my mom has been ill since we were little. my dad just had a cva (mini-stroke) but because we can't afford no income, he went back to work against doctors orders, and they'd been living paycheck to paycheck. us kids do what we can to help but we can't do it all. my mom is the best. when we were little before she got real sick, she even ironed our jeans. she took real good care of us. dad (well, he's our step-dad cause our real dad didn't want us) took the best care of us that he could and he's a great man! Mom said that she ruined their credit trying to keep us fed & housed when we were little so they can't buy a house. Is there anything we can do to get a house that might not cost them lots of money?

Im a 27 y/o who cant find a job. I didnt graduate highschool or college but do have my G.E.D. Over the last year I've had plenty of interviews and they all seemed to go well. Unfortunately thats as far as they got. I realize that having facial tattoos and piercings isnt helping me any but theres nothing i can do about that. I worked as a body piercer when i was younger and it was par for course at the shop. Also my job history is ecclectic and most of them I left after a short time. plus theres the background check w/ drug charges. And to make matters worse my last job paid $10.50 an hour so all low paying jobs think im "over qualified". Im living with my bf right now but his funds are quickly drying up. I need to figure out how to make myself hireable again. Is it even possible? Have I ruined my chances at employment?
