These are the steps and emails i recieved from Torcan,Please don't make the same mistake as i did.
I applyed for a $5000.00 loan on 10/24/2007 with torcan financial.First thing they do is call you or email you,and let you know your loan has been processed to call:To review the results call Danial Blair at 416-944-2325 or toll free at 866-230-5233 ext.2245.
This is when he tells you that you have been approved But needs 10 percent down cause of credit, but you will recieve it back in 3 months if payments are made on time.(SOUNDS GOOD)
So we need the loan we come up with our 10 percent down call him back, thats when he sends you a contract to sign and you have to fax him the imformation he has requested,dl#social security # and of course checking account number so it can be direct deposited,I fell for it,in need of this loan, and than you send the money gram for the amount-i had sent a money gram to a Cindy Maxwell.waited two days and i called, thats when they say sorry can't help you.WHY

Okay so I contribute to my 401k weekly but I will have some extra money at the end of the year and was wondering if I put it in my Trad IRA will I still get to deduct it?

And yes under normal cirmcumstances I will qualify for the deduction but I was wondering if the money i put into the Tradition IRA account will be pre-tax if I already have a 401k. if not would it be better if I put it into a Roth or is there a way I can just shove the extra cash into my 401k

My offer letter says that I will have to pay back my hiring bonus if I leave my new job in less than 12 months. If I start the job and find that important details of the company and position were misrepresented during the interview process, is there a way that I can quit and not have to pay back the hiring bonus? What would they do to collect it?

I am not quite 2yrs our of BK and am in immediate need a Personal Installment Loan. I attempted to do payday loans without understanding fully, that the weekly payments were not against principal, but interest. I need to consolidate but are turned down because of my BK (less than two years), and consolidation companies also tell me that my debt is not substational enough to qualify. I make a comfortable salary, however, payday loans interest fees compromise a lump sum weekly. I am on top of the matter, but barley. I do not have a cosigner, so that is not an option. What Companies are available to assist persons like myself?

I'm going to be getting my B.A. History in December. I'm sick of working part-time and want to have receptionisht/secretarial/medical billing-like work after graduation while I get my M.A Teaching. My question has to deal with structuring a resume. I have excellent academic credentials, 3.66 gpa, three honorary societies, Chancellor's List, Dean's List, International Honors College student, a Level III (highest level) certified college tutor. How should I structure my resume? Right now I have general eduation (university, degree), academic acheivements (the aforementioned things), related skills (time management, typing WPM, computer literacy), and work experience (tutoring is listed here). Is this sound, or should I eliminate certain things or reorder it??

It's not a job interview as I am only 14. It's for a student ambassador program called People to People that sends high school students on international trips during the summer. Everyone has to be interviewed, and they only accept 40 kids out of the entire region. I don't think it's a group interview but I'm not positive. Any tips on how I should act or what to say? I should also mention that it is my first interview.

My boyfriend managed to get a job as a business support operations specialist. The job description is as follows:
"Manage lease portfolio for a European country. This concentrates either on begin or end of lease activities. Responsibilities are in settlement, billing, middle -lease requests, EOL decision and returns handling. In addition customer contact, reconciliation, reporting and audit support activities."

Can you explain what do all these things mean? I am not familiar with the terms, and my boyfriend is just too silly to explain, but I want to know what he is going to work. :) Thank you!

I have a $7,000 debt sitting on my credit report since 2003. It says it will come off in 2010. What does that mean? It hasn't been updated by the collector since 2003 and I haven't received notices about paying it since then. What happens after 2010 if I don't pay it? Does it come off my record for good so I don't ever have to pay it? Please help!
