I am confused about what job I should do. I wondered if anyone had any good tips or knew of any good websites that offer career advice. Or should I see a careers consultant?
I have loads of education that I havent used I have also had many different jobs in different fileds of work although have not found what I want in life. I have a passion for animals, esp horses I have a BSC equine I also enjoy helping others and have a community and criminal justice HNC, and exp working for local govt. I have my licencee and passed exams in pub trade. I also have exp in admin/ secretary/ case management. I am currently working in insurance as a consultant. My CV is looking like a nightmare as I have had so many jobs and each job I do I realise I dont like it but have not found what I do like. I need to settle in a job but seem to get more confused the more jobs I have! I am 26. I also seem to dislike my current job more than all the rest as I am finding it completely boring.

I am in charge when the manager is out..

this person took it upon herself to leave the office, she did not tell me she was going on a break. I then asked her, ‘did you go on a break?’ While filling her face she said ‘yeah’ with her back to me.

I then asked ‘Did you tell me you were going on a break? Because you just up and went.’ She did not answer, she continued eating and would not give me the decency to look at me and retort with an answer.

She then got the hump and said I should not have asked her in front of everyone ‘did you tell me you were going on a break…’

She then said that I have to email her the procedure of her having to report to me about going on a break. I told her that she used to always tell me that she was going on 10 minute breaks before, whats the problem now?

She is being very difficult, she then proceeded to say that I was unprofessional and that if it continues, she will leave.

I have emailed the MD

How would you deal with thi

Hi, I'm planning to buy a property in west London. I,m not sure I can afford a brand new house. Any way currently I'm in a dilemma of choosing the house for living and selling after 5 or 6 yrs time. I was adviced by few people to buy brick houses between 1930 - 1960's. Then again some of my friends said not to buy 1960s - 1980s. Can you please tell me what kind of houses are better to buy new or old houses.I think its better to buy 1990s which is very hard to find in the market. Please let me know your advices ASAP.

I have 5 or 6 credit cards, and sudden GREATLY reduced income to the point of barely being able to afford food or gas at the moment. I did not have savings and am now at least 160 days late on almost all of my credit accounts, so here is my picture and I need advice on the best course of action for me to take. Next month looking at about another average $25 late fee and $35 over the limit fee for each account. They are small amounts mostly, but they add up.

1 Retail Store Credit Card - Account closed due to technical error (wrong checking account # entered, so they canceled it) but owe $200. Monthly payments were $20. Now $100 in fees owed,160 days late.

1 Installment Loan - 160 days late. Monthly payment of $30. Now owe a payment of $96 but very low late fees. Total balance: $750

2 High Fee Credit Card - 160 days late. Currently owe around $70 on each with current fees. Over the limit on both. Est. Balance on first: $270 On second: $370.

Now low credit score, loan not option.

They took possession of OUR fully paid off home while my husband was mentally impaired for a period of time and we were separated. We are now remarried and NEED a three bedroom home with two teens of different genders. We can afford the $1100 mortgage on our own, but being able to sell this house would ease out burden enormously. *we are living in this house and we get it in the will*. WHY won't they let us sell it? We ARE moving, as we have been approved for the loan, so do we just leave them with this empty house?
I am angry, but I also think they seem to think we have a wonderful life with four people in a 700 SF home with me us sleeping on the sofa so the kids can have bedrooms.
How clean do we leave the house we are leaving/they own? Do we clean carpets, etc or just move and leave it as if we were renters? We are going to need all the extra cash for the mortgage payment.
