Hi, I am in my 20S and I am seeking a Financial Advisor who WONT rip me off. First of all where do I go to look for a "Financial advisor"? [ one that does NOT require an Large amount of money to invest] AND What are some thing I should look for??

If I would like to become an alcohol and drug counselor, would I only need my A.A Degree from my local community college. In their catalog, it says that after an A.A. is earned, there are plenty of job opportunities available. Is this true? Is it a safe career? And does it pay well?

Heres the story: I woke up to go to work one morning and my car wasnt there. I made sure nobody was screwing with me first then I called 911 to report my car was stolen. They ask me all sorts of questions and then tell me they found my car overnight parked at a street light in the middle of the road. They said the keys were found in the ignition and it was reported abandoned. The police department had my vehicle impounded. So I went to pick up my truck at the impound yard. It wouldnt start. The engine was fried and blown. My insurance company sent a man to look and asses the truck. He said my oil pan was cracked and they prolly ran it with no oil causing it to blow. My insurance company says that it was poor maintanance that caused my engine to blow, not the car being stolen. The body shop my vehicle is at says they hit something causing the crack. My insurance company wont repair my vehicle. Is their any more action I can take? what can I do?

I see many houses on-line where they ask you to make an offer before they get foreclosed on but their listing price is often higher than of the comarables...what is the deal? and if they actually get foreclosed on, how much can you negotiate with the bank, let's say on a house that is currently listed for 500k? From what I red online the bank will try to recoup the amount of the loans secured by that property, but usually those loans total more than the house is worth on today's market...I am trying to find out, if anybody knows, how much of a price reduction I could get buying an REO or a foreclosed property.

So, pretty much my life goal is to visit Rome;
(I'm extremely interested in its history)
Today I was just informed about a trip my teacher is holding GOING to Rome
Its a great oppurtunity that i don't want to miss,but the cost is at most $3,000 including food and hotel exspenses
I need this money by early March
Do you think I can make this?
And do you have any ideas how I can?
I just went job hunting today, and am soon to be applying to Publix,and Windixie but both places have limited hours.

I've also decided to start selling chocolate in school,which can make up to $50 a week (at the least)

we are renting a house and have made payments to the owners through a leasing co. the last 3 months our payments have been going to the owners at $1242.00 per month ... and I feel that they are pocketing the money! collection agency is asking for payment in full from the owners in the amount or over $3,000.00,....my question is are we still obligated to pay rent and to whom if it looks like they are defaulting in their payments? .. we opened a letter to the owners stating to "cure" or "reinstatement right" and they are also seeking payment for next month. (december) and also regarding foreclosure..where does this leave us? what are our rights? what happens after December? we have been here for the last 2 years in good standing. My room mate wants to continue paying rent and I say no. what is legally correct? does this mean that they filed banckruptcy??
