I was just Curious if there was a way to find the hire/quit dates for every job I ever had?

The social security department sends out notices about every 5 years that show this info and how much SSI you will be eligible for if you retire and if you become disabled.
Contact the Social Security office and ask for this info.

No. The statement that social security sends out shows the total wages earned under social security for each year, but not the company names and start and quit dates.
