Generally a stove and a refrigerator are standard, but a dishwasher and or a washer/dryer can be key elements to justify a higher rental price. You need to know what the other apartments you are competing against have to know the right answer.

Generally apartments in multi-family buildings include a stove and refrigerator, maybe a dishwasher. In a building with 2 or 4 units, there might just be a stove. If it's a single family house, you might not have to provide anything. I
t's pretty much up to what you want to do and what the market in the specific neighborhood demands.
