My husband and I own 100% of a newly formed LLC that owns some rental houses. Are we required to file a form 1065 or can we continue to report the income and expenses on our Schedule E?

Looking for a great long term rental...any ideas? Don't want a "junker", a decent place, 2/1 preferred.

House, townhouse, condo...are what I am looking for A.S.A.P.

I'm an advertising person and looking for ideas about a CREATIVE stand-out-of-the-pack format for a one-page cover letter for a creative ad agency.

If you want to get an idea of how creative we're talking about here, the last intern to their fashion department put her letter in the form of a dress on a 1-foot model.

But advertising is far more open so really, let the ideas flow. It has to be at that level- just pretty doable.

I am interested in buying a house. However, I have been presented with two issues that I have a quesiton about:

1. Is there such a thing as a traditional 48 hour period for allowing a person to leave a house after closing? This just seems like it would open the property to possible problems.

2. What is the law regarding a seller offering to give a buyer money for repairs outside of contract? Someone said it is illegal for a seller to say "Yeah, we will sell you the house and here is $3,000 for fixing and repairing things as you see fit." Basically I am being told I have to have a contractor do the work when I am perfectly capable of doing it myself. :(

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Here is the thing. My country do not have any kind of stock exchange and or share market. but there are many people who have shares in many companies.

So this idea just came to me that I could make website for people to sell their shares if they dont want to have it anymore.

Is it possible to make online share market without the real stock and share market?

Thanx a lot

got a bill in the mail! I called the hopital and was told that the hospital billed Blue Shield incorrectly as an out patient proceedure, and all this time, I thought I had paid my portion. I thought everything was paid up. Someone said the statute is 2 years for them to collect the debt from either me or the insurance. Is this right? Are they counting on my not knowing this information and just paying the bill?

I sell on ebay. When I take my smaller items, like a sewing pattern to town, I only have to pay .58 to send one pattern, when I make a label thru paypal it costs way more and also costs me costs of ink, paper, wear and tear on printer and all, but mostly when selling small items, the shipping costs of paypal eat me up and I DO NOT WANT TO RAISE MY SHIPPING PAST TRUE COST. I used to have a small meter machine in 2001 , I think that may have been before paypal kind of took over ???? any ideas, I'm a bit antiquated as I am almost house bound. thanks

Banks and other companies use the reverse side of a check to print terms of cashing. Is this legal and if so, can I do the same thing? If not, why can those other entities do it?

My friend got a job and during the interview the manager didn't talk at all about the dress/apperance code. She dyed her hair bright pink afterwards and showed up to work the 1st day with her crazy pink hair. The manager said she cannot work there because her hair is in violation of the dress code. Do you think my friend should have been told this during the interview? My thoughts on this is that the manager probably didn't suspect her to dye her hair so didn't mention it during the interview. What are your thoughts?
