XTND means extended listing
i really want to know CHGP!??

CHGP= Price change
XTND= extended
CCS=I dont have a CCS in my system, sorry

ccs could be contingent? or continue to show? never seen that abbreviation but thinking of the status options in my mls that is all i can come up with.

CHGP means price change. I have no idea what CCS means. Our MLS doesn't use it.
