Not sure what you are asking. Are you looking to raise money to hold a book fair, or are you looking for ways to raise money by holding a book fair?

In most cases, individuals or companies (booksellers, schools, libraries, etc) donate books to a nonprofit that holds a book fair - selling the books raises money for the org. If the fair is held in a free location - school, church, etc., it is a great way to raise money, and ancillary sales, like cookies baked by members, etc., can help.

If you can get the materials and the location donated, you really need not raise money just to hold the fair.
