Be honest.. do you just hang up? Do you lie and say you'll pay your bill just to make them happy? Do you avoid the calls?

Do you worry that not paying will ruin your credit rating?

HOA revising Sq Ft requirements from 1250 to 1750. Some homes are 1300 SF. If financing was needed to rebuild, could a title policy be written if only rebuilding a 1300sf home? Since restrictions are filed before deed of trust or mechanic's lien, does it affect the possiblity to rebuild similar structure if a home was lost due to disaster (fire, tornado, etc.)? If you know, please help before our HOA makes this revision.

Ok, a friend and I are "flipping a house". She had the money to buy the house. I borrowed the money for the renovations. Every month until it sells I am paying a $325 payment on the $15000 loan I have out. 99% of it is interest. So, when the house sells, she will get back her investment, which is the puchase price of the house, the utilities, taxes, and insurance. I will get back all of my expenses for all the renovations. Should that include the interest I am paying every month or not? I believe it should. I HAD to borrow the money for the renovations or the house would have never got "flipped". It was a NECESSARY thing. I believe the interest should be an included expense. What do you think?

In addition, you may verify an organization's tax-exempt status and eligibility to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions by asking to see an organization's IRS letter recognizing it as tax-exempt. You may also confirm an organization's status by calling the IRS (toll-free) at 1-877-829-5500.

I live in a set of condos where there are 6 units, i live in unit 2 and my neighbors in unit 1 were busted and arrested for drugs, the rental agency that handles everything for the owner of the condos was unaware until my bf went to pay the rent a few weeks later and told them what happened and then it was over a month before they made them leave. There are other things they have done to violate the lease, like mess up the property around the condos, so since the landlord (rental agancy) didn't do anything about this and wouldn't have about the arrest until my bf said something does mean the terms of our lease have been violated also?

Did you ever worked split shifts at any of your jobs and did you like it?

I asked them to schedule me one 6-8 hour shift

I live in an apartment building and the people below me like to play their music to a point you can hear it in the next room. I have had management up here to listen so I wasen't making frivolous complaints. I wouldn't mind so much except they have their music in the bedroom and they play either at 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m. I stomp on the floor but it seems like he/she turns it up more.

Any suggestions before I call the police and does anyone know if there would be any legal action you can take?
