I heard I should use a different Trustee for each property I own. I don't know that many people except a couple relatives which could do this. How should I go about setting up Trustees for each property I own? I have about 100 properties at this point. I'm new at all these Land Trusts forms and a little confused at this point. Please Help!

you do have a real estate attorney, yes?

with about 100 properties, he should be able to point you to commercial trustees who'll do the job [for a fee, of course].

If you have that many properties and lots of confusing forms, perhaps it's time to see a real estate attorney who can sort this out for you. Maybe the Trustee laws are different than you've been told. There could be things that you should or should not be doing that you don't even know about. Get some good sound advice.

You need an attorney that specializes in RE. There are many types of trusts, trust guidelines vary by area and with the amount of property you are talking about, you want to get it right.
