check the black list .....

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aOi1c

Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.

You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

How does a house become black listed?

2007-11-10 03:46:20 · answer #3 · answered by marie 7 · 1 0

I'm not aware that I have ever heard Realtors 'blacklisting' a particular house. Any Realtor will sell any house to someone willing to buy it....we don't gain anything by refusing to show a particular house.

It would help if you included more detail about why you think your house is being blacklisted. Is it because it's not selling? Did you have a fallout with a Realtor?

No Realtor is going to refuse to show a home just because another Realtor says not too...we are all self-employed and if I have a buyer for it, I'm showing the house b/c I don't get paid for not showing it.

It depends on how you are applying the term.

A house can be black listed because it is not habitable. If that is what you mean, check with your local building department.

These days, generally people get blacklisted. This is a condition they put themselves in by getting horrible credit.

It's not you house that becomes blacklisted it is a person although if the person that lived in your house before you was blacklisted it can take a bit of time for all the creditors systems to remove that person from your address. Your best option is to get a credit check from www.experian.co.uk/creditreport/

Credit scoring doesn't work like that - well not in the UK anyway. Each person has a credit rating that is based on their name AND address. You can find out your credit report by going to http://www.experian.co.uk/creditreport/

You can get an online report but it has to be in your name. You cannot look at someone else's report even if they live in your house, without their permission.

Is My House Blacklisted

Your partners address won't be black listed (addresses aren't) but anyone with a financial connection (you?) may be affected. If you look at your credit file on something like creditexpert, you will see that he is mentioned on it and vice versa.

What do you mean by "blacklisted?" Blacklisted from what? There's no such animal anywhere that I've lived.
