When I worked for Wilkos several years ago I got reprimanded for something called 'sweet-hearting'.
Basically a colleague came to the till I was on with an item without a price on it (it was near Christmas so you can imagine how busy it would have been), I asked her for the price and she told me, now apparently I should have left my till (or called someone to check the price), now put yourself if my position
1) it was busy so if I had gone to check I would have been told of by the supervisor (she never liked me anyway)
2) There would have been mutterings in the queue
3) How trustful would that been of me to her.
Plus the fact I had no reason to think that she would have lied.
Any case the upshot was I got reprimanded and was not able to obtain a transfer to my home town on finish of my college course.
But that is I think you will find an example of unethical behaviour.

Bait and switch is probably the best known and most common. An ad that advertises a product the store doesn't actually have at a great price. When you arrive they claim they sold out and try and sell you something similar for a good price but considerably more. It is illegal but hard to enforce or prove.
