Before you answer I have my 2 cents to put in. When I go to Walmart I see crowded parking lots (well, dwindling now), Long lines with not enough cashiers. I don't know if it is downsizing or people just don't want to work for you but shopping at Walmart is crappy experience because when I go there, I see made in china, trailer park trash, and a clientel that just has "welfare" written all over it! I want Quality not low prices and long waits in the checkout. Ok I am done, you guys take a crack at it.... thanks.

We have been renting this place since april and have a one year lease. Yesterday our landlord said he's putting the house up for sale. I feel upset because I don't like the idea of people entering the house while I'm not there. I would have never rented the place if I had to deal with this! Is it legal for him to do this even though our lease isn't up till march?

I have a condo that I own in Jacksonville, FL. A potential tenant found me on www.tenant.com...he is located in the UK. He sent me a check for the first month's rent and security deposit and later found that it was a fake check (verified by two different banks). Since he is located in UK..what can be done?

Does the RN program including prerequisites take 2 years?How long does it take to complete prerequisites and how long is the actual Nursing Program.I believe Credit hours for Prerequites is 54 hours and the Nursing is 108.Sorry kinda new at this

Hi,
I have noticed that some sellers have really large photos and I think it looks great! I'd love to do that with mine but can't see how to.

I have signed up to Auctiva which means I can get large photos if the buyer clicks on the image but just wondered how i do it so they are already large.

I hope this makes sense!

If anyone can help i'd really appreciate it!

I am working as a secretary and would like to feel as if I am doing my part, as I feel in my current job, I'm not really needed. However, I don't feel confident in my abilities and do feel guilty that I might be leaving my colleagues in the lurch, if one of them goes on holiday or is sick, then they would have an extra burden on them. I don't know what I can do, but I feel useless and sometimes v. depressed when I am at work most days.

Here is how it goes, My wife and I got pictures done at walmart of our 9 year old and 1 year old, first of all I personally believe pictures are captured at a certain point in time that is hard to repeat, the mood, the facial features and smile of someone especially in children is hard to repeat, so we got these pictures done and we got a call from the portrait studio that said our pictures was in, got there for them to say that our pictures was lost, no one knew where they were, so they would have to refund our money. Well, they then told us that at 4 pm they could not give us the money right then, they would have to call us and let us know when we could pick up the money, I threw a fit I said I gave you cash and you can't even give me the money because you do not have it? Are you kidding, does everyone not start with a teel? How do you not have the money to give a customer? They told me they would have to mail me an money order, What the hell? Are you kidding! No more Walmart Pics!

We are aware that the traffic in the more central areas of the city are fairly busy and are hoping to find a subdivision that offers a quiet, neighborhood with more upscale homes. Hello,
I have an interview tomorrow and on the 30th of this month and I would prefer to do the job on the 30th, but if I don't get it and might get offered the other one then I would take that one. My prroblem is, what do I do in case I get the job from the 24th offered, but I still have to wait for the interview on the 30th and the results then.
If I get offered the job on the 24th, what shall I say to them? I don't want them to know that I am applying somewhere else and that this job is my second choice.

When you refinance your home with another mortgage company then the one you have know, who lets them know you've gone with another mortgage company? Are there penelties? We are in a sliding rate and are trying to get into a fixed rate. thanks!
