I was wondering what are the pros and cons of a PA vs an RN. My buddy, who just applied for PA school, is trying to tell me that he'll eventually be able to do surgeries and make more than the average physician. To me this isn't true. I am trying to be a CRNA and wondering if I would have more advantages than a PA? He wants to get into Orthopedics, and I'm just wondering. Money wise who makes more and what does the schooling allow what to do?

I live in NJ and last month I paid 1/2 month rent and this month I did not have the rent. I just had a baby and just returned to work I explained this to the landlord already. She is not understanding and came upstairs to tell me she already rented the unit out and I have to be out by the 25th of October. I have no money and no place to go yet. Once I am working more hours again I am fine but right now things are tough. She has not given me any written notice or anything, everything is verbal. What can I do? What are my rights in all of this? I told her I will pay her when I can. I would appreciate any advice.

Like I said, I have a shared checking account with my fiance. He's currently incapacitated... He is the breadwinner for our little home, am I able to sign the checks and cash them? deposit them?

Asking here rather than a bank rep because we need it asap and the hospital he's at is 3hrs from our home... I'd like to know before I bother to try and pick up the paycheck from the house.

Any tips, suggestions, ideas to help pay off credit card debt in which so many Americans get themselves in.

I have a debt of about just $1300 which was about $2000 in the summer, I'm currently working and paying more than the minimum. Is it better just to pay the minimum, set the aside money each month then pay off the whole thing?

I am about to put an offer in on a home thats fair market value is 171,000 according to the court house. The owner just bought it in April of 06 and paid 195,000 and is listing it for 209,000. They are already out of the home but due to the fact that it is such a small town the market problems are not going on here. The average time on the market in this town is 12-14 months and it has been on the market for over 3. What would you offer? Also my agent just told me today that he is about to relist the property.

i know that it is not good to write it in, however i am seeing alot of recruiters requesting for this piece of information to be stated in the resume as well.

i have searched and for resume writing tips etc, but most if not all will tell you not to write this in.

so how/where do i write this piece of information in after every employment description? any other ideas or tips regarding this as well?

and, i am new into the working force, so i had included holiday jobs that i did in the past, its quite weird to put a leaving reason for those, but i see some recruiters stating 'Please stae a reason for leaving from EACH OF the previous employment(s)'

i dont want to come off as inattentive to details right from the start!

help me please!

This is a for real question. I have always wondered how much I would need in CD to make $25,000 a month in interest?

Could I take whatever the amount is and split into 4 parts? I mean if it was a million dollars. Could I put 250,000 in one week and then repeat it for the whole month?

Say they could be cashed in whatever amount of days. Could I withdrawl the interest out to live on? Then do it again the next week. I'd like to get something close to a weekly check?

This may sound stupid (it is) but are there ways to put a bunch of money into a account to live off of?

I want something that would be a safe as can be, to put my money in. I just figured that CD were the safest wayto go.

Any advice in this area?

Thanks,
Mike h.
