Its not how long you worked - its how much income you have for the year. Go to the IRS website and their FAQ section will tell you the income thresholds for filing. If you had tax withheld, you may WANT to file as you may be due a refund.

Assuming you are Single dependent, if your earned income (wages income) is less than $5,350 ($8,750 for Single non-dependent) and you don't have any other income, then you need not file taxes. And if federal income tax and state income tax was withheld from your paycheck, then you should file to get refund of these taxes.

Maybe - it depends on how much you made and whether you were an employee or self-employed. If you were self-employed and made over $399 you have to file. If you are an employee and a dependent, you have to file if you made over $5350. If you were an employee and not a dependent of anyone, you have to file if you made over $8750.
