Women are capable of doing any job a man can do, if they have enough bone structure to handle the muscles needed, and the training. Women can do much better than man, generally, on fine detail work, or boring repititious jobs.

Women should be able to perform any job they wish to take on, and like men, some jobs will be too heavy to the smaller builds to handle.

Women do have some unique mental and physical characteristics that do allow them to do some things men find difficult or impossible.

We should not compel either men or women to work jobs that are too hard for them, physically or mentally, but that varies from person to person, not by gender.

That totally depends on the type of woman. Some women like challenges and would prefer a hard job with the satisfaction of knowing she's good at what she does. Other women are content with easy jobs because of less stress.

Woman should be able to do any job they want to just like a man.... You know some women do much better jobs than men do right now...
