The best way to become a better real estate agent is to figure out what a prospective client wants and needs and then be able to deliver it to them. Learn about active listening. I received excellent customer service and got what I wanted from them and would consider using them again for my real estate needs. Everyone is different.

Communication is also key. Find out how often and how the person wants to communicate and then do it. Always get back to someone ASAP. Make that customer feel like they are the only customer you have.
