if you can go to your bank and close out the account
and open a new one. So that they can't automatically
withdraw from your checking account, and then
get a lawyer because a lot of these companies are
not legitimate. Start asking for their EIN # and or
State ID # and tell them you want it in writing. If they
say why, say you need to consult with an Attorney
and he will need all that information. Also tell them
you are disabled, and on a fixed income and you
did not know your EX husband took these out
and to send you copies of the contracts he signed.

because they might just be under his name and all you
have to do is take his name off your checking account
but I would seriously close and re-open your account.

It might be your checking account but if they are in
his name only, you are not responsible to pay them
just because he used your checking account.

Get a good attorney or legal aid to help you. They may be able to help work out a settlement. I don't think you can get out of this by yourself.
