By having stellar credit, a history of successfully running a hotel or similar business, a business plan to run this hotel, financial backing to provide operating capital while you work to get this hotel into the black, lots of hard work and determination, and a little bit of luck.

Oh - and a tolerant lender.

Shoes! I only go to Macy's if I have a girftcard because they're a little on the expensive side. Charlette Russe has AMAZING shoes and really good prices.. Ughh I'm an addict with trying on shoes, I'll try on 5 pairs at a time lol but BUYING them is a different story, that's for special occasions only.

Are you drunk? Don't listen to the Tom Vu infomercials, you can't buy a commercial property with no money down.

Do not listen to the people saying stellar credit history. Commercial property loans work differently from residential loans. Apparently, the $0 down on a residential mortgage loan are being phased out too.

find an investor. What is it that makes you worth the money? what would make your hotel be the best? Come up with a plan and sell it to someone with extra cash. use details they will ask some crazy questions.

Try the Carlton Sheets "no money down" program. I don't know if it works and i doubt you won't be able to find in your local library.
