But they are insisting I give them the exact date that the roof tiles fell off. It was about a year ago (its a long story why I waited so long) but I only have a vague idea of when it was. if I give them a date which I no not to be exact will they check weather reports etc to determine whether the accident was possible?

we have lived in this apt for 5 years. there has always been mold in the bathroom. In the toilet around the rim inside the bowel grows a white ish slime. It doe not take long for it to begin to grow. The shower and walls have a black mold that comes back relentlessly. And i am pretty sure there is pink mold (not soap skum build up) we do not use pink soap or shampoo. Even with using the fan when showering and wiping the shower and toilet down often the mold returns. Cleansers and sprays etc do help clean off the mold.... not the stain though and it will not stay gone!!!!!!! what do i need to do ....

Can you advice me how to go with this? A few months ago, I received a tax bill from the IRS stating that I owe back taxes for 2003. I used Hewitt Jackson. They must have made a big mistake with my taxes for 2003. They misrepresented my information. now I am stuck with a hefty bill from the IRS. Can someone please advice how I can successfully negotiate this bill with the IRS? I do not seem to have any recourse with the tax filing company. They are totally not responsive. I just felt that SOME of these services are not competent.

I have a full time office administration job. I have been working at this employer for 6 months. Recently through some differences with my line manger, I have had a verbal warning. I think this was most unfair, and so do some of my colleagues, but they are afraid to speak out, because they need a job. There is no union that I can join at work.

Can you please advice how I could join a union, which one is the best one to join, and how long I need to be with them to use their services?

Finally, do you think I should get advice from other sources like the citizens advice bureau, instead of joining a union?

Thanks

I was a contractor for 4 months last year, and I was self employed for that period of time. I frequently worked from home (33%). My employer also provided a place for me to work in their office. .... Question: Can I still claim home office deduction? Can I claim for vehicle expenses that I incurred towards commuting to work, going to user groups, trade shows? I have a sizable income from my contractor work. If I can not take home office or vehicle deduction, I do not have any other expenses. I used my personal home computer to connect to the work to do work. and I have bought couple of books towards my business. Please help.

I had my baby on august 21st . I submitted my paperwork to my employer to add her as a dependent to my benefits within the 30 days well something happened apparently on their end and they didn't get it in in time so I apparently have to wait til open enrollment to cover her. Needless to say I am extremely upset over this so a few questions, when is open enrollment generally and I have to take my daughter in 2 weeks for her shots, how much do they run and how much are dr visits since I will be paying out of pocket for these visits?..thanks for your comments. I am still fighting for them to add her since this was not my fault. Can they still add her?

Does having a domain name like angrytshirts.com help place you higher in search engines for the keyword "angry t-shirts".

Also would angryt-shirts.com be better for trying to get ranked high for "angry t-shirts".
