My husband has a high 500 score (bad I know), but his debt is really low (Less than 1,000) but he just now paid off a credit card that he DIDNT pay for 5 months. His income ALSO has been low for the past few years, but he is deploying soon and will be making more than enough money to afford a house. Will the mortgage people take let us have a VA loan (he is eligible, served 1 and 1/2 yrs in Iraq) even though he HASNT made much money, but it is PROVEN he will make enough money to pay for the house? We're in a crunch to buy a house, because we live in a one bedroom apt. with 2 dogs, and the rent houses in this town are twice as much as buying, and in bad neighborhoods. PLUSSSSSS I'm pregnant, and I want to feel safe there by myself and baby while he is gone. DONT give me a website to FIND the answer, just let me know if they will give us a loan based on his FUTURE pay. THANKS!!!!!!

Hello. I am trying to find Best Buys total sales, earnings/loss per share, and dividents per share for 2005 and 2006 calendar years. I am having trouble finding these information. My teacher suggested www.morningstar.com, but i don't know how to find out these information. She says that once i am on the www.morningstar.com websites she says to click on charts and dividents but i don't see that anywhere. Please help me. Please send me a website where you found this information. Thank you.

Alright, so the other day i found this job listing on craigslist.com(san diego) about a new deli/sandwich shop that was supposed to open late september. So i e-mailed him/her ( kym udall ---you decide) and we scheduled an interview at starbucks at 3:00p.m. So i went and clueless as i am i realized i had no clue as to who i was looking for, (i mean no phone#, appearance, exact location) so i waited for abou 20 mins but didn't show up. So I e-mailed him/her back saying that i was a complete fool for not asking for a number and she/he responded by saying that "oh im sorry, but i got stuck at another store down at chula vista, and couldn't make it, but heres my phone number--- ---- and thanks for sticking in there". So my question is, should i call her/him for another interview or should i wait for him/her to respond back on hotmail. I need a job right now. ? thanks, i don't want to sound desperate for a job. but i do need a job. what should i say? thanks.

Hello,
Im 16 and I own a small audio retail business in IL, USA. I feel like im very diferent from many kids. In a way i fake myself to seem ordinary to many of my friends, so i can still have a good time on weekends and stuff with my friends. But the truth is that im very interested in business and i have had many good as well as bad times in it. I wouldnt say im rich, but for a kid i think i have done very well, i havent made a significant amount, sales close to around $10k last year. But im proud of it, i dont show off and tell my friends about this, i like to keep humble and keep most of this to myself. My parents have money saved for my coledge education, But i have huge ideas, i want to invest the money i saved pluss my parents money and purchase a franchiese. Saving my profits id like to expand and buy other locations and one day using my profits establish a high-end Speaker/Audio product brand. Im very dedicated to my work and i would like to hear what people think.

Thanks!

Hello, looking for advice here. I'd like to buy my own house because I don't like the idea of throwing away money every month (not to mention all the other downsides of apartment living)....but I'm not sure that I'm ready yet. I'm 22, on a $2400 a month salaried job, still in college. Never rented/owned on my own because I was married, but my ex has good credit that I would share. No kids, no debts. Have good credit history with my credit card (had it since I was 18) and have paid off a $6,000 loan. I don't have bad credit, just maybe not a whole lot. I'm thinking of renting for a year or so to see how I do while building more credit. Is this a good idea, or should I take the plunge and look for houses?
