I want to manufacture an item, the item already exists, mine will be a tiny bit different however the main part of the item is the patented bit which will remain unchanged.

What do I have to do to not infringe the patent? Can I still make it by paying a fee or something? How do I find out how much the fee is and who to pay it to? How long do patents last as this was quite a while ago?
thanks

It is currently 46% over $2 million, and in 2009 will be 45% over $3.5 million.

Also, does anyone expect a rash of suicides of rich, elderly people in 2010?

I am seeking a GENUINE work-from-home typing job. I know there are a lot of scams out there, and it is difficult sorting the wheat from the chafe. So does anybody know a GENUINE company I can apply to for typing and data entry work? I am not asking to earn thousands (although it would be nice!), but just a steady income sufficient to enable me to sign off the doles.

I live in the UK and am fully experienced in Microsoft Office.

If i log onto any European stock exchange and look up symbols for most stocks listed on US exchanges, and look at the intraday chart, guess what? theres no charts or price information that day. So if you hold shares in these equities, you dont know what theyre worth, where theyre heading or nothing.

ON one stock exchange, i even noticed that the idiot who designed the site, had even forgot to include an intraday aswell the 5 day price area.

Does anyone know where I can actually get live intrady prices as described above.

If anyone knows the answer, include your email address and I will reward you by means of telling you how to thrive and profit from such information. Theres a nice little incentive for you if youre interested !!!!

I do not have any bonds in my possession as they have been lost. I would also like to check if Jonathan or Victoria Murphy (my children) have won in any of the draws.

We've been together for 5 yrs, but he has fed student loans that are being garnished, I have 3 kids, own the house, both our names are on the vehicles and at the end of the yr, I get a decent tax return that we practically live off of, we just want to make sure we can get married and not jeopardize that, or worse they use my assets to settle his debt. Also, I don't want to lose that tax $$$
