How do I find out if I have won on the Irish Premium Prize Draw?

I do not have any bonds in my possession as they have been lost. I would also like to check if Jonathan or Victoria Murphy (my children) have won in any of the draws.

My mate paddy cud probably find out for you, he'll do almost anything for a couple of Guinesses
