You start by passing an appropriate University degree and then by getting a job with the Company .. there are very few 'buyer' positions and you will have to work you way up to one ..

Best way is to get a good qualification in business studies and then start writing to stores. Explain your ambition but be resolute that you are willing to start low and work up to that position you require.
