Yes and no.

Sales people, good sales people, are hard to find. You have a gift that sales trainers charge big bucks to teach people.

So how can going to university help you?

Well sales can work at any level. Your sales experience and a university degree could mean you are selling multi-million dollar deals, earn commission and taking home 100,000 a month, not a year.

Sales is high pressure and you will burn out after a while.

The real big bucks is in running a company and a university degree in business could give you the skills to do that.

Also, if you leave this current job you may find it difficult to find another good job without a degree. Also getting promoted into management and executive roles could be hard (think CEO makes millions).

The university degree is to take your 100,000 and turn it into millions. Other people take their burger king jobs and turn it into a 40k job if they are lucky.

But consider your study options. Look at flexible study, part-time study, or even waiting several years and then, due to your relevant work experience, going and doing an MBA.

You have a lot of options. I would lean towards staying in the current job if you like it, making sure you save some money for the time being, then if you feel like it going back to university later.

I would suspect you are under some pressure by people to study now, but I think with your current success you will find university really boring and unrewarding.

I really admire that you've achieved so much in your work especially in terms of your financial income. If you intend to stay employed for a very long time, consider finishing your college, but if you plan to save enough and one day be an entrepreneur, say like a bill gates then I dont see any reason for you to go back to colleges, but make sure you will continually be learning something new in life and not too overwhelm by your finances right now because, you can easily lose it, but knowledge and the continued learning and having a humble disposition can bring you farther in life, never forget that its all God's blessing. Be thankful

It depends on why you would want to go to college. Many people go to college because they believe it is the path to better paying jobs. Others go in order to learn about new things, develop their intellect, explore new subjects and ways of thinking and become a more well-rounded person.
If the latter is your interest in college, you can start taking classes one at a time, as there is no big rush to finish. Your employer may even help pay for it.
If your employer pays more to degreed workers, there is a monetary incentive to go back to school.
If you are merely looking into future wages, I would suggest sticking with your job, maybe taking one class at a time, and saving some money. Your doing quite well at your current pay scale. Most college graduates who are a good bit older than you (myself included) do not make anywhere near as much as you are right now.

I would if I were you! Especially if ADT will pick up the cost of your education. It will never hurt you to have a college education. At age 19 you're doing very well but we never know what the future may hold and if you don't have the credentials to move up, eventually they will want to move you OUT! So the answer is really quite simple. Yes........good luck.

The key word is now.

And the answer probably is no.

Going to college while working is hard!

And there doesn't seem to be any job related reason for you to go back to school.

Ask your boss, what education is required for someone to be a regional, district, or national sales manager.

Maybe take a finance course or two for now to make sure you are managing your income in a wise manner.

There is nothing wrong with becoming more well educated. You could lern how to express yourself better, how to invest your money, how to run a business, etc... There is always room for improvement. Just take a course or two every semester. There is no stress because you already have a career.

Maybe you can save some of that moola to help you thru some college courses to try it out. You could also go part time and still save your cash for future classes.
Good Luck !!!
