I thought medical couldn't hurt loans on autos. Is there a law that states you cannot be denied a auto loan because of medical? The loan is from the Honda dealer's private lender.

On Ebay after you sell an item, does Ebay send the winner an e-mail atomatically or do you have to do it? Also, if the winner pays with pay pal, do you get an e-mail saying that the pay pal transaction is complete?

I only plan on working for a year because I will be starting graduate school for military history/defense studies next year, so ideally I'd like to work in something having to do with government, military or politics because that's what I want to do for my career. I live in Los Angeles so there is definitely a lot out there, but from what I've seen in my search so far, it seems nothing in the government sector is entry-level or suitable for recent grads because they all want experience and extensive training. I don't want to spend so much time training because I'll be leaving within a year. Anybody have any ideas on what could be a good job for me?

This is all to put on a 1040
On September 1, Irene opened a retail store. The store uses cash method of accounting. Her income and expenses for the year are as follows:
Sales of merchandise $62,300
Inventory, Sep. 1 (purchased in August) 62,500
Inventory, Dec. 31 58,700
Purchases during the year 35,300
Sales returns and allowances(DO I ADD THIS TO INCOME?)
525
Store rental 7,500
Office expence 1,400
Insurance 1,000
Advertising 3,000
There is more, but it won't fit. Do I add everything but the Sales and Sales returns and then subtract it from the gross earnings? Thank you!!!

Why do they take like an hour to fill out with like a million weird questions instead of just being like the paper application? Especially since for the most part it's a waste of time because very few who apply will even get hired (or even interviewed), which makes the information they're asking useless.

Can I legally decide to list the house myself, lower the price (because I now don't have to pay her a commission) and sell it myself? She has told me several times that she believes it is worth the asking price-- but that it's just a 'buyer's' market right now. I can afford to ask less if I don't have to pay her commission. People are telling me that if the contract is up-- I can do what I want. Is that true?

I am a small business owner with a few rental properties. I am looking for a partner/investor to help fund my next project. This person can specifically help with seed money OR can help with the entire project. The details can be worked out later but I need someone willing to put in $$$. This project will have EXCELLENT revenue and you will see your investment back in no time! It is in real estate so if your familiar with multi-family housing that would be a plus (not necessary though). The property is listed at 3.8m with a minimum deposit of 20%.
Let me know if your interested! This STEAL won't last long!

This is a home warranty company that has been giving me a runaround on a cash-out check to replace my faulty oven.
They keep saying the check will come in 7-10 days....it's been 3 months. Has anyone else heard anything about them, or had an experience with them?

i am under contract to close on a house approx one month from today. i have already applied for a mortgage about 2 weeks ago. the bank is now coming up with newer requirements and additional documents every day. what bothers me is that once i comply, they sit on it for at least 3-4 days before asking for new things. (standard answer: our specialist is reviewing your case) they have given me fax as the only option to submit documents and most of the times -'oh.. we didnt get your fax"..

what can be done in this situation? am i totally at the mercy of these cronies now? can i threaten them with going to another bank? is going to another bank even an option left in front of me? (after thought - i do realize that another bank is not going to be any friendlier than this one!)

I know that it is always best to pay off my balance in full but here is my situation:
I got a credit card to try and build my credit and before this billing cycle had only used it once. earlier this month i had car trouble and had to use a lot of my money on car repairs. I turned to my credit card to buy gas, and pay one bill. plus a couple other things, groceries and such. i just checked my balance on the internet and and i don't think i will have the money to pay it all off.
I feel like that is so awful, i know people do it all the time but i don't want to get in debt. plus i feel like it looks bad on my credit. I'm probably just overreacting but could someone reassure me of this, or if I'm wrong tell me so i will know better next time?
Thank You!
