I am the manager of a place (leave name less)...
the owners are really bad....
I am getting stressed out..And I believe that i deal with stress well....day to day...year to year....
but as of lately..they have been putting so much work being thrown on me without a work of kindness..."you are doing a good job"
"we appreciate what you have been doing for us" ect
I believe I am really stressed out
-I don't sleep.worried about work.
-I am not eating..
-I am irritated easily..
there is alot more but i can't think.. I am going to look for another job..I even have offers from other companies..but..I think i need some time off to get my life in order..It is all messed up...Do you have any advice?

My mom has bad credit soto boost her score would it be better for her to apply for a credit card and use it to her advantage by paying all the bills by the due date. Like will it show on her credit report that she is now more responsible with money then in the past to sum things up and begin to build her credit back up????

My friend invites me to run an IT Institute on share basis. I know its a good idea to earn money and make living. But I dont know What is a share? How much share(s) should I demand. Here is my situation I am wanted to open a savings account with my significant other but he is in CA and im in MI. If I open an account here in MI is there a way that he can be added to the account without being here in MI. I know that I have service centers here in MI that any credit union member can go to, to do there banking . Can he go to a service center? I just want him to be able to deposite money into the account.

I just made an offer on a house today and it got accepted....what do you think about my proposed financial situation??

I make $40,000 per year.
The price is $131,000
I am doing an 80/10/10 loan and principle and interest will be 760 per month.
I am paying taxes and insurance myself (no escrow) taxes will be 1000 per year and insurance about the same.

How does this look....would you feel comfortable?

Any tips or advice?
