I want to be able to have a current check be covered reguardless of whether or not my deposit reaches my bank before the check that I would make out to "Cash". And, if it does I am hoping that it will just give me my banks fee for not having the funds there in time and the amount of the check made out and given to someone as "Cash".

We have tried everything to get them to move out. We have had many interested buyers as well but b/c they will not move out, we cannot sell. They do not want to sell b/c they are living in that house for free (it was inherited by the 3 of us). They do not pay rent. What are some ways we can get them out of the house?

OK, so last year my boyfriend worked "under the table" and didn't do his 2005 taxes. I thought he didn't have to since he didn't get any W-2's. So when I did his 2006 taxes, which he did have W-2's, they came back and rejected them because there was nothing on record for 2005. How do we fix this? Are we going to be penalizes?

that they(IRS) had "never received" your tax return?

I think it is quite convenient that my father's return was received (he owed) and my tax return (waiting for a refund) wasn't received...Even though they were sent in the same package.

We rented an apartment and the railing on our back deck is made of dry rotted wood. When we moved in it looked pretty good. The wood is so dry rotted I could stick my finger through the wood. Throughout our stay, from leaning on the deck and other things, the dry rot pushed through and deteriorated. The owner wants to charge us to replace the railing. She says, even though it was dry rotted, it looked good and I have to return it in the condition i recieved it. I disagree. I think i should have a railing that I could lean on etc. like any other regular deck. what do you think

Our renter has a decent job in law firm, no car, and still does not pay the full amount each month. She is now around 4k behind b/c she'll pay couple hundred this month then nothing next two. Very inconsistent. Just found out she filed bankrupcy. I want her evicted, but hubby keeps giving her the benefit of doubt. Any suggestions, we wanted to sell this house, but housing market forced us to rent. We've tried having her rent to own, but her credit is bad. HELP!! We really don't know what to do.

Hello,
I just got married 2 months ago. My wife attends Denal school (on loans) and I am a full-time engineer. My wife's parents purchased a condo unit about 2 years ago, thinking that we would take over the payments once we got married. Her parents live in Nevada and I know that they paid around $3500 worth of taxes last year. The condo was appraised at $120,000.

My question is once my wife and I take over and transfer the property title and payments from her parents who live in Nevada, what exceptions can we possiblly claim to lower our taxes? Neither of us have ever owned property (first time buyers) and we do not have any children. We are both permanent residents of Texas (Dallas) and she is a full-time student. Is there anything you can think of to help lower this huge tax on us?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!!

The loan, credit card and insurance companies are all about making people feel guilty about leaving dept behind after death. But could any of these companies really transfer my dept to my son and force him to pay it or ruin his credit rating if he didn't? I say there is no way, and they are just carrying on a scam when they imply that could happen. Does anyone know for sure? (I live in Florida)

Hi, Im selling yugioh cards, around $0.01 cent a card just $3.95 for S&H. So basically my total profit is around $5. It cost me around $2 for shipping and around $0.50 for the transaction in the paypal. Basically they stole half my profit. Is there any wayz I can maximize this profit. How do I avoid that $0.39 charge per incoming transaction on paypal, because if im selling around 1000 items. They would charge me around 400 bucks and thats just insane. Also I want to ship let say one yugioh card, and I put it in Ultra Pro Deck Protector sleeve and toploader to make sure it wont bent. Can I send it in a regular mail envelope with a $.39 cent first class mail stamp? Or do I have to send it in parcel mail? IM kinda confused in that.

These are the facts:

I have a check from an university here in Montreal to the name of my girlfriend. The check is in Canadian dollars and can ONLY be cashed in Canada. The check CANNOT be endorsed. She CANNOT come back to Canada and since she is not a Canadian resident, she cannot make an account here. The university WILL NOT issue another check and WILL NOT put it on the name of anybody else.

Please give me ideas on how I cash this check. This is my idea: She sends me her passport and I ask somebody to pretend to be her and cash it on instacheque. However, this is illegal (both sending a passport by mail and pretending to be her), expensive (75 dollars to send the passport) and very difficult (I have to find somebody willing to do it and looking like her). Do you have any idea??
