I am a small business owner with a few rental properties. I am looking for a partner/investor to help fund my next project. This person can specifically help with seed money OR can help with the entire project. The details can be worked out later but I need someone willing to put in $$$. This project will have EXCELLENT revenue and you will see your investment back in no time! It is in real estate so if your familiar with multi-family housing that would be a plus (not necessary though). The property is listed at 3.8m with a minimum deposit of 20%.

Unfortunately, "EXCELLENT revenue" does not mean anything. What sort of operating yield do you expect?
