Hun, I'm a senior in college and I was happy to be making $10 an hour at the job I was working earlier this summer. If it's possible for a 9 year old to make that much money, there's something wrong here.
It's not going to be legal for a 9 year old to get a job at an actual business, the best you can do is things like walking dogs for people, mowing lawns, etc. You might be able to make $25 in a day, but not in a hour (unless you find some very generous people!)
