Wow, what i want to know is how you got it.... It seems here in Ohio that they only hire really old people or freaky people with orange and blue hair ! It's annoying I've applied there and I can't get to speak with anyone ! I have tons of experience in retail/sales and customer service.... Anyway.. what do you want to know? More specifics...

Pretty much your in the door once you have the interview. When you applied at the Kiosk and filled out that questions it was more like a test. If you score high according to "Target" standards they will call you in for an interview and you will get the job as long as you want it. The only other thing after they interview you is you have to do a drug test. As long as you pass that you will start orientation.
