No, it's a scam. Just delete the email - you didn't win anything.

Think about it a minute - if it were legit, why couldn't they just deduct the delivery or courier fee from your winnings?

How many of these emails did you get, anyway? You have asked the same question showing two different email addresses. The answer stays the same - they're scams.

No, it is a scam. Any winning emails from "lotteries" are scams.
