As a buyer, you do not pay any fees other than the purchase price and in some cases shipping and handling. The only fees you have is if you sell things or transfer money through paypal.

paypal is absolutely free, and it is a very safe and secure way of paying for things online (especially ebay!) It also insures you for £500 so if you got scammed by someone you could claim the money back off paypal.

Paypal doesn't charge a fee to the buyer for paying through paypal. The seller pays the fees when they collect the money.

u dont pay anything for using paypal

except if u are selling something and want the funds transfered onto ur card, then they take a small percentage..

but u can buy as much as u want no charge at all!

PayPals free to join,they take take take 2.9% commision,if you sell something on eBay and use PayPal..PayPal does make life easier..

i wouldnt use it! i got a grand nicked out of my debit account cos id not used t for a few weeks.....and it was an insider who worked for paypal that had done it!!
