I filed it through the mail and I was supposed to get money back. Turns out they never recieved it. Is it just as simple as re-mailing it, or do I have to configure it w/ a penalty? Do I even have to pay a penalty?

I got a letter from an insurance company (big, legit addresses)saying I own a life / annuity policy with them, and they give me a policy number, and ask me to send SSN/tax payer number back to them. I NEVER bought anything from that company so I am pretty sure I dont have a policy with them, and the middle name is different than mine. Did someone steal my identity and get a life insurance policy?

My friend worked in the network architecture area and was considered the best in the company by all his collegues, hands down. He was an American Born Chinese, nice guy, and was Chief Network Officer who b, one step under the Vice President seat. Another Network Officer (whiteman) who was not as good, was socially compatible with the Vice President, they play golf together and hang out at the sports bar after work. All the collegues do not considern this white guy to be better than the Chinese guy in setting up and solving architecture issues and design. During a merger, the V.P. fired the Chinese guy and hired his white buddy to be the Chief Network Officer. Everybody in the company was stunned and knew that it was an example of social promotion. This happens alot in America, when you have white people at the hem. White people get rid of the competition by non-whites because they fear their talent, so white people will take a bite off the bottom line to save their white buddies job.

I mailed my check in for deposit on sat. jun 28, and it hasnt shown on my account yet. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this, and how long does it normally take for the deposited amount to show on your account? Its stressful.

i work in sales, my company normally pay us commission on the end of the month, but they kept delaying it, saying 'forgot' to process the payment etc, also recently there is a high staff turnover, our sales are down, do you think they are in bad financial position or they genuinlly forgot to pay our commission?

Because that just seems almost too good to be true?? I've done business with them for more than 14 years and they have always been great, THey tell me that it is non-callable, and is NCUA insured.

Is there any other questions that i should be asking about this. Cause the best rate i have found for a CD, and I have REALLY looked hard over the last couple years on 6 nad 12 month terms is 5.75%

THey Have three locations in the area and have been around like since 1960.

Is there any other info i should be seeking about this??
