I e-mailed this person back asking what I had to do. Of course he said supply him with some personal information that would only be used for claiming the winnings. This isn't the first e-mail I've received. Please is this legit or not? God if it were I'd jump at it then again that's what this person is probably hoping.

I am not very loved at work... I eel that the other girls don't love me... first, I'm new, i've been working with them or three months and hey play the "know it all" and hey all wanna act as if they were my mnagers just because they have more exprience.. they're constantly looking after what I've done to make sure I haven't made mistaks (as if was dumb) . If I make a mistak they complain "why didn't you ask since you don't know" and if I ask they get annoyed and coplain that I ask too many questions

worse, one customer admitted he had a crush on me, and my co worker told everyone an told them who he is and everybody refuses to tell me who he is... they laugh and joke about it and I still don't know who he is

and I also try to be nice with customers... this girl said that I was flirting with some customer (who is about my father's age) and when I stood up to defend myself she was like "it's a joke"

why do they under estimate me and dislike me? what do I do ? :(

I interviewed for about 2 hours today with a hiring manager that reinterated that the job is very fast-paced, and at times can be very hectic. I told her that I was up for the challenge, and that I need something that exercises my brain. At the end of the interview, she said to take a couple of days and think about it. Then contact the recruiter in human resources and let him know. Then, I said that I think this job would be perfect for me to gain experience in my career field. Then she said to contact Ryan (the recruiter) in a few days and talk to him about it. Did I get the job, or not? I thought that was weird.

I just sold my home (it took 2 weeks and 5 days, yay!) and the buyers requested $4,000 back at closing, which I agreed to since they are paying a little bit more than my original asking price. My husband and I are looking at this foreclosed home. Can we ask for cash back at closing from a bank or do banks not make such deals?

Recently I went on a leave of adsence from work and I used all of my sick and vacation time. When it was time for me to go back I told them I wouldn't be coming back. The reason I went on leave was for depression and anxiety disorder and I figured my job was making it worse. I just got a check from them today saying it is my remaining vacation hours but I did use them all. It even said on the pay stub that I was being paid for 33.64 of vacation. But it also said by available vacation hours -33.64. So someone made an error. Is it their fault and I should just wait and see if they want their money back. This is a huge corporation and if I had to guess I don't think they would even notice.

3 days before the close date, the lab test showed there were slightly elevated levels of mold in the house. I have a baby, and know that mold can be a big pain in the butt to get rid of, not to mention the health risks. The house has not been lived in, but was instead bought as a fixer-upper, and totally redone. The home inspector said the new roof, drainage, siding, and everything have kept even the smallest drop of moisture from both the attic, and the basement. Yet, he spotted some moisture behind the dining room and living room walls. He has no idea how these damp areas got there. The appeal of this house is that it WAS so livable and ready for us to move into as a starter home. Now, with the health risks and the hassel of fixing a potential mold problem, this house wouldn't be as easy to sell. We might consider the bigger home where we could settle for good, even though the bigger home would be pushing out budget's limit. Would you walk away from this house or go with it?

Each week in some newspapers they print dates stocks are due to go ex dividend in the uk. Can anyone tell me where I can find dates when shares in the uk are to go ex dividend. I know there are sites such as digital look where it is possible to look up individual shares to see when they are due to go ex divi but I am looking for a facility where I can put in a date and see which Uk shares are due to go ex divi. This information is easy to find for the US but not so easy for the UK.

This question actually relates to both parties in this equation.
The borrower walks, the bank writes of the loan as a loss? I imagine then the bank does this to seek some form of tax break for the loss?

The borrower is hit with a charge off or/and foreclosure, and if the bank doesnt recoup what is owed doesnt the balance get reported as a gift or at least have some tax consequences for the borrower?
I am stuck on both sides of this fence right now, I have private investors going belly up due to loans that have not been repaid, and I have borrowers thinking they can just walk because the banks arent exactly giving any sort of leiniancy for having always paid the loan on time. I feel for both sides but they both want answers and I dont have them. I am trying to urge them to go talk to tax advisors.

I bought a car 7 years ago. The car fell apart within 6 months. It was financed thru Ugly Duckling car sales. I gave it back to them but havent paid any on it because it was a real lemon. When Ugly Duckling Bankrupted the loan balance was written off and assigned to a co. named Associated receivables. This company has also reported the same debt to the credit bureaus. Can they do that? If not how can I go about removing it from my bureau. I will read and give 10 points to the best answer.
