I just got home and I was looking at my reciept when i realized that I got charged extra. I only bought 1 item but the cashier checked it twice so i payed 30 dollars more. Is there anything I can do? I can't go there again because i have no car

Calling the store doesn't help anyone,
The best thing to do would be to go back to the store
and explain what happened and they have a way to check what really happened and you will be able to get your money back, but don't show up days later because then they will think that you are trying to rip them off.

Keep your receipt but I would call the store and have them document that you only had 1 item and got charged twice. I would try to return as soon as possible even if it is only store credit. From now on though, I guess we all need to check our receipts and watch cashiers scan items, we are all only human!

If you paid with a credit card, call the co and dispute it. Always check your bill before leaving the store.

Call the credit card company and tell them what happened and ask them to reverse the charge for "merchandise not received".

call the store and ask to talk to the manager and ask them to document the situation today so they have a record of the event and you can get your money next time you are at Target.

You should call the store and ask to speak with the manager. Tell him what happened and ask if there is any way they can rectify the situation.

You could have a friend bring back the item and receipt. If it was cash, that will work fine.

call them please because if u dont then u will never get the 30 dollars back and keep the recipt so u can have proof and dont open the thing yet
