I have a vacant lot in the city which has no value. If I let it go back to the county for unpaid taxes will it affect my credit score?

If the city brings a judgment against you for unpaid taxes, it will go into the "public records" section of your credit report, and it can affect your score. Other things like leins, bankruptcy, child support and alimony that are in arrears, and deficiency judgments are also in that category.

Yes, although you can ask the county office if you can do anything about this.

Probably so, if it gets reported.
