My husband is on disability. He is on dialysis. Many other health issues. My question is this everything he gets is gauged on my monthly paycheck. If I have off he gets more money. What I dont understand is that I work steadily yet they overestimate my pay? I dont understand how this is being that they see the same money month to month? Is this normal for government to do this? PLEASE any help.

This is the 3rd time im asking this question, Im not asking about court removal, can you please answer the last question in my post.

As i said in an earlier question I live in PA and Im a landlord and they lease agreement with my tenents has ended.

I wish to move back into my house, but they wont leave, now some people told me about getting a a removal through the court, but why would i have to do that, the lease is expired they dont have any legal right to be there.

I understand that the police cant or wont do anything, and i cant remove them myself BUT can i move ontop of them??

I mean they cant show any act legal document that says they can be there.

So can I move there with them still there, Its my house i have the deed, and they have nothing.

Ill just move there invite 10 of myfriends and have a nice, but quiet party. For the next 3 days :)

Can i do this, I wont touch them or their stuff I wont even talk to them.

these are just the little jobs that I had during and before college over the summers. (they're not formatted on here because it kept getting thrown on different lines) My question tho is this part:
Crystal Springs Resort: Seasonal Maintenance Summers 2000 - 2002
is this ok to leave as summers 2000 - 2002? or should I break it out as (putting summers just reads as unprofessional to me... not sure if it is tho)

" " May 2002 - August 2002
'' '' May 2001 - August 2001
" " May 2000 - August 2000
it just seems a little redundant to me to have the same thing for 3 lines but I can't put just May 2000 - August 2002 since I didn't work in the winter while at school can I?

Crystal Springs Resort: Seasonal Maintenance June 2005 – December 2005
Case Construction: Carpenter May 2003 – August 2003
Crystal Springs Resort: Seasonal Maintenance Summers 2000 - 2002
New Jersey Rock Gym: Instructor April 1996 - August 1999

Is there a agency that can help me? Who can I talk to? I'm in foreclosure now, I don't want to lose my house.

Hello

I have sent my resume out for the last 18 months and the responses back have been kind of weak to say the least. Is there any free resume critique services out there? If not which is the best resume service available especially to MBA's. Any information given will be appreciated

I 've been with my company for 4 years now. We have a non arrears (exempt) and arrears (exempt) payclass schedule. Because arrears is always 1 week behind I'm told, I got into this situation:

Working as a supervisor, paycheck on 6/15/07, was $14.65/hour but EXEMPT, $1010.00 (usual semi monthly amount)

Effective 6/25/07 I was NON-EXEMPT and began punching the clock again for my new position as a patient account specialist.

Paycheck received on 6/29/07 was for $466.00 (half of the usual semi-monthly amount) as I only got paid for 5 days and am now back in the arrears pay group.

I understand the difference between exempt and non-exempt, what I don't understand is how I only got paid 5 days because of where the effective date of my new pay class, the payroll dates and everything falls. Can you take a look at this and explain to me like a dummy?

Thanks.

It's no secret that CD sales have been decreasing as a result of internet piracy and legitimate downloads of people wanting only the hits and not the rest of the tracks. What would you do if you were in marketing for a music company?

I am by no means Rich, but It's not like I need anything. In a way, I kind of feel like it giving it away, like to ione of my brothers, or parents. But my parents are well off. Hmmm. what to do?
