John Lewis values its partners, as clearly demonstrated by its management training programmes designed to support the company's commitment to promote from within. A company that strives to have every partner feel fulfilled in their work and develop their full potential by taking on new challenges is most appealing to me. A progressive company such as John Lewis will value my excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and ability to work in a team.

"I believe John Lewis to be a solid company that takes care of and has the loyalty of it's employees. It's a company with a future and I'd like to be a part of the team".
